1. About the service

This website presents FreshMesh filtering mesh for windows and doors and lets you request a free, no-obligation quote. It is not an online shop — no payment is taken and no order is placed through the website.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site, including in the calculator, are indicative estimates in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. They are not a binding offer. The final price is confirmed in the written quote we send after your request, based on your exact measurements.

3. Orders and contract

A quote request is not an order. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order in writing and you accept it. We supply the mesh cut to the size you specify.

4. Products

We supply the mesh only, cut to size; frames, fixings and installation are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Product descriptions and figures are given in good faith and are based on the manufacturer’s documentation.

5. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights under Bulgarian and EU consumer law. Please note that mesh cut to your specified measurements is made to your specification and may therefore be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales.

Separately, and as a goodwill gesture, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction period after delivery — if something is not right, contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and illustrations — is owned by FreshMesh or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our prior written permission.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. If you are a consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version dated at the top applies to your use of the site.
