Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FreshMesh (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or send us an enquiry. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Who is responsible for your data

FreshMesh Ltd. is the data controller. You can contact us about your data at hello@freshmesh.bg or +359 2 999 9999. Our full registered company details are available on request.

2. What data we collect

When you use our quote or contact form we collect only the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, city, the product you are interested in, the approximate number of openings, your installation preference and any message you send. If you apply to become a partner, we also collect your company or business name.

We do not collect special categories of personal data. The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and makes no third-party tracking requests; a small amount of information may be stored in your browser only to remember preferences such as your chosen language.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry and prepare your free quote — this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For partner applications we rely on our legitimate interest in building our installer network (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where you give us optional consent, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and we process data to meet legal obligations where required (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months), unless a longer period is required by law — for example, accounting and tax records.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as email and website hosting providers — acting on our instructions under appropriate agreements. If you ask us to arrange fitting, and only with your consent, we may share the details needed with an installation partner.

6. International transfers

Your data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to have it corrected, erased, restricted or ported, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@freshmesh.bg.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
